What Penguard Epoxy Range is for
Penguard is a broad family of Jotun epoxies. It includes holding primers for new construction, fast-curing high-build coats for large projects, surface-tolerant multipurpose epoxies and epoxy finishes. The right one depends on service (atmospheric or immersed), schedule and the rest of the system.
We don't assume which Penguard you need. Tell us the specification or exposure and we'll confirm the variant, its availability and the lead time.

- Primer, midcoat or finish within multi-coat epoxy and polyurethane systems

Penguard Pro / Pro GF
Fast-drying, surface-tolerant multipurpose epoxy for atmospheric and immersed service, applicable down to 0 °C. GF is glass-flake reinforced for extra toughness.

- Penguard Express and Express ZP are rated for atmospheric service only. Don't carry immersion claims across from other variants.
- Penguard Topcoat has fair gloss retention. Use a polyurethane such as Hardtop where colour and gloss must last outdoors.
- Specs differ widely by variant, so always check the TDS for the exact product.
