What Jotamastic 85 is for
Jotamastic 85 is a two-component, high-solids epoxy mastic built for maintenance and repair. It tolerates a range of prepared substrates and aged coatings, has short recoat intervals and can be applied at sub-zero substrate temperatures. That helps in winter shutdowns on the Highveld.
Use it as a primer in atmospheric and immersed environments on carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete and compatible aged coatings.

Limitations to check
- Surface-tolerant doesn't mean no preparation. Prepare substrates as the TDS requires.
- Its ANSI/AWWA C210 reference applies to areas NOT in contact with potable water. Do not use it as a drinking-water lining.
- Chemical and immersion performance depends on the full system and the cargo or exposure.
