Hardtop HB is a two-component, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane. It is a high-build matt topcoat with very good colour retention, the choice when the specification calls for a matt rather than high-gloss finish.

Typical applications
- Matt topcoat over compatible coated surfaces
- Refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and industrial structures
Limitations to check
- A matt finish (0–35 GU), not high gloss.
- Atmospheric service only. Bright colours may need a higher DFT.
- Peak heat is limited to one hour.
