What Tankguard Storage is for
Tankguard Storage is a two-component, polyamine-cured phenolic/novolac epoxy. It is a chemically resistant internal lining for tanks and pipes. It is an immersion lining, not a UV-resistant exterior finish.
Typical services include chemical storage, wastewater, grey water, process water, fire-service lines, drilling-mud tanks, concrete bunds and pressure vessels. Jotun also lists UK Defence Standard 80-97 (aviation fuel) and IMO PSPC crude-oil tank certification.

Limitations to check
- This is an internal lining, not an exterior or UV-resistant finish.
- Continuous limits: dry 200 °C, seawater 95 °C, crude oil 120 °C. Every other cargo must be checked against Jotun's resistance list.
- Jotun's 48-hour return to service applies to certain petroleum products, not to every chemical or temperature.
